Grievance & Escalation
Use this page for service-related concerns or escalation requests.
Step 1: Contact SheildAxis
Email your concern to contact@sheildaxis.com or call +91 99402 75536. Include your name, phone number, policy or enquiry reference if available, and a clear description of the concern.
Step 2: Review and response
SheildAxis will review the concern and attempt to respond with the next step or required clarification.
Step 3: Provider-level escalation
If the concern relates to an insurer, investment platform or third-party provider, users may need to escalate directly through the official grievance process of that provider.

Claim decisions, underwriting decisions, product approvals and investment-related outcomes are controlled by the relevant provider and applicable terms.
